If my levels are around 230 is it safe to stay on Test as if I was doing trt?

if your test levels are 230 ng/dL then you are very likely to require TRT which means you stay on test for the rest of your life.

Yeh that’s what I was thinking too appreciate it I just needed someone else to confirm when my levels were tested at 230 I had Ben off a lil over 10 weeks so I’m not sure if it woulda got higher

you should have a PCT after each cycle. but if it was 10 weeks off and levels are 230 ng/dl then you should start TRT
