Hi I’m 47 and I’m new to this. I’m been dong CrossFit on and off for a decade and at 47 want to really get in shape. Looking for advice on how to get it all started.

hello snurban and welcome on MG! i really love this forum as i found lots of helpful information here and hopefully you would find whatever you're looking for too.
taken in consideration you've been doing crossfit for a decade now we can assume you're already in pretty good shape. Also, you're looking for an advice in how to get it all started in terms of AAS? or you're talking about something else? For being able to help, we have to know more info! good luck!
