Hello, Test E cycle plan

Hello. A while back, I found a really perfect Test E cycle with Hcg + Test E every week, PCT, and everything all planned out to the week. I wrote it down, but have since lost thus information. Hopefully, someone can help me with an entire Test E plan , week for week with PCT, AIs, and Hcg included? Probably asking too much, and I get that. Thank you in advance anyway, and wanted to at least say hi.

Have u ever been on that cycle? Im not a big fan of hcg, but i know beginners shouldnt use it as first cycle, thats why im asking
