You guys must have went AWOL. Or maybe you're too busy doing extra duty...🤣

I'm a military veteran, it just doesn't come up often in the forum I suppose. I'll be honest I didn't even realize there was a dedicated section for veterans.

Summer time and New Years is my busy time. I've been a little absent from the forum in the last month or two. I have however, answered all the questions that were sent to me personally. Sometimes, questions are so well answered by other vets that it would be repetitive, or counterproductive for me to add anything else. There are about 10 of us in here (and you know who you are) who have provided and will continue to provide advice. You guys will notice, if you've been to other forums, that the advice in here is honest. It might not be what you want to hear, but is based on experience, research, and science. I'm pretty sure we've saved "many" members from hurting themselves.

Navy veteran here, five years as an Engineman (diesel mechanic). I am now a federal civilian employee (not a contractor) and daily work hand in hand with the fine young people that protect our freedoms.

I didn’t know this area existed.

Happy Memorial Day to all, never forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice on the altar of freedom!

Army Vet - 90-96 Royal Army Ordnance Corps & Royal Logistics Corps (Supply Specialist and Driver/Rad Op). 2003 - 2007 Royal Military Police until med discharge after losing an argument with a VBIED. All limbs present but my balls have more shrapnel than a teenager playing pacman in an arcade.
