    Where would someone want their test levels at while taking test and what woul be a normal range when you cycle off

    during the cycle: it depends on how you respond to higher T levels and your goals. For bulking you usually want higher levels (over 2k). For cutting 1-2k can be enough. But it also depends on health conditions and personal response to it. when you cycle off (either TRT or PCT), you aim to keep it as high as possible, but not over 1k. This means 800-1000 is good enough.

    Question: how do I convert ml into mg? If I take 1ml of tri test 400 twice a week=800mg right. This is what I was told. So if I have sust 250 would 1ml= 250mg

    I recommend oral winny because injection is painful. if you still go for injection, once a day, everyday, at the same time of the day throughout the cycle
