I am gonna say to go with a re-test. Free T should be something like 3 to 5 percent of your total test. Low free T will cause low sex drive, irritability, and so on buy you say you are feeling fine. Agreed, estrogen promotes the release of prolactin so keeping E low is key here. P5p works good to control prolactin but not sure if it's enough to reduce already high prolactin. Prami or caber are good choices to reduce already high levels. Prolactin has a very short half life so prevention is key.

Nolvadex blocks estrogen from attaching to breast tissue. Armidex reduces estrogen production. In therory using nolva with a suicidal AI such as aromasin should reduce the E from the tissue in turn reducing the gyno.

Had a similar issue once. I immediately dropped down to a cruise and kept my estrogen low! I kept working out and it went away in few weeks. I guess because it was not large and not there a long time it went away fairly quickly. Good luck
