What's your favorite tricep extension attachment?

Tough call, I love tricep work. Lately I have been putting my hand through a wrist cuff, so the move starts at the wrist, and doing cable extensions/push downs that way. Changes the resistance curve a bit, feels great on the tris.

    falcon-pharma.org Customer Discussions

Just want to put in my experience with Falcon. I will call it very good. I took advantage of a promotion being offered. I got the tracking number on Nov. 7. I received the package Nov. 25. I am in the U.S. and do not like to order from out of the country, and usually willing to pay to not have...

    Hello, Madam's and Monsters.

I am one with a similar story my friend. I'm 51, started trt at 50. I have been strength training for many years, started feeling the like an emotional little girl, and knew something was not right. But it is way too expensive for me to get treated all legit. So, I did what you are doing, a...

    Change Split?

I have been doing an upper/lower split for several years now, and it has been working great. I rotate upper A, lower A; upper B, lower B. I am in the gym 4 days a week 2 days on 1day rest, 2 days on 2 days rest. Every body part gets worked 2x per week. (great frequency for me) The beauty of this...

    Scammed

Yes, leave a review, that is why it is here, so people can make informed decisions. I do not know your whole situation, and I can only speak for myself. I have purchased through that source several times and have always been treated well and the product legit. But the one constant in life is...

Low Test for a 23 year old.

Brother, supps is right. At 23, you will be much better off researching alternatives. Pinning all the time can be a bit of a ball and chain. Take some advise from an older guy. You want to live as free as possible, for as long as possible, good luck.

    TRT help needed

Brother man, I'll add my story. It is much like yours. I'm 51 and used to feel like shit on many levels with all low T symptoms. I could not afford continual doctors visits and everything associated with doing trt all legit. I did a metric crap ton of research, and I also found one of the top...

Anyone where a mouth guard while lifting?

Yea man, I used to wear one quite a bit. The thinner the better. The plain old cheap clear ones that you boil to form to your teeth seem to be the thinnest that I could not bite through. Now, however, I just use chewing gum, hate to train now with out gum.

    Back day help

I understand that brother. It takes some programming to help reduce the fatigue. My next go to is weighted pull-ups. The back is one of the muscles that can handle big weights and often, good luck.

    Back day help

I'm going to add my thoughts on the subject. I love back work. If you don't do them, try conventional dead lifts man. Heavy pulls will give you a big, thick, juicy back. Every person I know that can rep out 500 is thick and wide, in the good way. Plus the strength carry over to everything else...

Well, my bad, glad yo are here. 165 is pretty good in that case. My comment on the cramping issue still stands though, can't help with gear.

New here. Trying clen for the first time.

umm, bro, you want to lean out? your are 5'10 and 165lbs. Sounds like you are pretty darn lean now, down right skinny. I'm not trying to be a smart ass, but what are your goals? Are you a marathon runner? As far as cramping goes, the heavy hitters are plenty of sodium, potassium and magnesium...

I have used iron daddy for several orders that where spaced out over time, and they have always came through. They are legit. The brands/gear has been quality. I also gave them 5 stars, because they are so easy to deal with. I have had to pay by MG for privacy reasons, and they always work with...

    Tricep tendonitis

I don't know about the gear you're speaking of, but I do know the only way to overcome tendonitis is to work it out. Resting the area won't do it. You have to find a way/angle to work the muscle where there is no pain and continue to do that, starting light 20-25 reps, 1-2 sets, slowly...

Recently started TRT but I want more muscles

Dude, It's only been three weeks. Run your TRT a lot longer 6-12 months. let your body adapt and see how it reacts, establish a base line. I'm 50 and on 140mg of test and made really good gains on just that dose for a year. I'm 5'8" 185lbs lean. squat 405 and pull 500, on that dose only. Tissue...
