Ultima Deca cycle - 250/1. How much should an intermediate take daily?

I’ve been in the gym hardcore for almost three years. I lost 140 pounds then started trying to put on mass. I want to try my first cycle and really need advice on the best cycle and best place to get stuff. Thanks a lot guys
