1. Drink lots of clean water.

2. Do cardio 3-5 times per week at least for 45 better 60 minutes. For better results do it in the morning 1 hour after you get up on empty stomach.

3. Use Super-Sets

pay attention to nutrition thats KEY to your metabolism. What you eat, how much of it you eat, and When do you eat it.

Next on the list is your supplements, make sure you include the metabolism boosting supps like Vit b complex, vit b12, ......
