Advice: TRT + SARMs

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with some advice.

Background:
Im male, 39 years old, 190 cm tall, 93kg.
Ive struggled with my health since I was about 16 years old. Borreliose/Lyme´s disease. I got healthy at the age of 38 and can now finally lift weights again.
I managed to get a testosterone prescription (testosterone gel/Tostran taken every morning) maybe 7-9 years ago from a doctor, and have been on it ever since. My current doctor has no idea and just renews my prescription whenever I need it. My latest bloodwork was taken early on the day but without taking the testogel first:

Situation:
I dont feel very well. I dont have big muscles and dont pack on muscle easily. I lift weight regularly. I do have erection problems. My balls are quite small, which I guess is because my body´s own testosterone production is low.
Still, my bloodwork looks very good. I dont understand. I should have been a beefcake with sky high Libido. My doctor has zero knowledge on this subject, and it really isnt as easy as to just change doctor - in my country this subject is frowned upon and Im basically just lucky that I get renewed my prescription.

What I want:
I want to fix my erection problems (Viagra etch has almost zero effect).
I want to build muscle mass.

Questions:
1. Could my bloodwork be faulty? I dont feel like I have that high levels..
2. If i run a SARMs cycle, would I need PCT (since I already use Testogel)?
3. Would my bloodwork be the same as now after my cycle (since I already use Testogel)?
4. I have ordered Rad140 + MK677. Would this be an OK cycle to run on top of my Testogel usage?

SARMS can be used with steroids but they are not as effective.
PCT is only implemented when all steroids are out of system. If you continue running test - you don't need PCT.
I find it extremely strange you have such results on testogel. and is indeed very strange you have such symptoms at such T levels.
Maybe try switching testogel to actual testosterone injection?
I would say that you need actual test injections and see how it works for you. SARMs can be used with it too, but they are not going to be so effective.

1. unlikely to be a faulty bloodwork (but never say never).
2. There are SARMs that require a PCT. But if you do not stop running testosterone - you don't need PCT.

But as HGH mentioned, try changing the gel to actual testosterone. It seems strange you have such symptoms at such high level of test. And it seems strange your doc keeps you on test when you have such high levels of test. Have you checked your estrogen too?

I have not testet estrogen levels. Im considering to go to a private clinic to do new bloodwork.
I am also gonna speak to my doctor about trying injections instead. But in my head T-levels should be T-levels no matter what makes them the level they are (?). Could it be that the levels are unusually high in the morning but lower the rest of the day? Whereas when using injections they are more stable the whole day?
I would have to wait a month before my doctor is back from her holiday, so I want to start using the SARMs in the meantime instead of waiting more.
Good to know that I do not have to worry about PCT from the SARMs.

if you run orals - yeah. They are far not as stable as injections are.

Damn dude at 1500ng/ml your sex drive should be caveman status, about 2 weeks after I started pinning test prop I would fuck my GF 3 or 4 times a day, maybe look into getting injectable test, but Ill tell you now if you choose propionate the first few weeks your PIP will be debilitating.
