Hey friends! Just wanting to introduce myself. My name's Adam and I'm a 5th year senior. I have been weightlifting since I was in middle school but finally decided to start competing my senior year of high school. By my junior year of college, I had decided to jump on a cycle and have been doing low dose (less is more, of course) and slowly working my way up! I'm excited to learn new skills and everything from you guys and keep yous posted with my training logs and cycles.
