Arimidex loss of strength

I’m currently taking .25 arimidex a day.. which still keeps my e2 at about 60-70
The second I stop or miss a dose my nips swell a bit.
My problem is, I seem to lose a LOT of strength on arimidex, and I mean my lifts decrease about 50%.
Anyone had any similar experiences? What do I do?

loss of strength from arimidex is possible, but usually only if you crush too much E2. not at 60-70
try aromasin instead and see how it goes?
