While on a bulking cycle is it wise choice to do 15 min of cardio twice a week, or should the cardio be cut out completely? Just wondering what opinions are about this!

Those r both good answers guys, after the gym I usually get a 6" subway club, double meat, loads of veggies, and no dressing, on flat bread, or come home and have a protein shake. I did have a jug of syntha 6, but now I'm trying an advanced 100% whey protein from GNC.
Do some high intensity cardiovascular few times a week. It's perfectly fine. Walking on a treadmill is NOT high intensity cardiovascular tho lol.
Usually for cardio I do strength bursts on the arc trainer. It's a workout. When I'm done I'm usually soaked! Another good one I like is rowing. 5 minutes at a good pace, then 1 minute all out pulling as hard as you can! Love it but hate it at the same time! Lol
yeah if you were cutting then just walking fast on a treadmill to burn calories is fine.
But for bulking the goal is simply to stay in decent cardiovascular condition and keep heart healthy so it should be high intensity or its pretty much pointless.
