If always used bac water for my peps but I'm out..can I use sterile water instead?

There are ways to make your own. But I personally wouldn't use just water. Bacteriostatic water is pretty cheap. Just get some id say

For some reason BAC water has become harder to find and the price has doubled if not tripled.

dont know about the country to country laws, but it should be available without prescription in pharmacys.
