TBH I think it's food. When I bulk I don't try to stay lean too. I don't worry about estrogen and water retention unless it's extreme. Right now I am doing 2 a days on weekends f, s, Sun. I go 12 hours apart for 1 hr each session and then take a few days off.What's the secret to have a bicep like that?

Hell no, Iโm back bulking on 600 deca 600 test and eating like a dog. I hit 219 on my cut but now Iโm at 240 and lifting like crazy. 225 lb close grip tricep bench and 110 lb tricep pullover on a flat bench. Iโm 4 weeks in and making progress.
