Nolvadex blocks estrogen from attaching to breast tissue. Armidex reduces estrogen production. In therory using nolva with a suicidal AI such as aromasin should reduce the E from the tissue in turn reducing the gyno.

Agreed, estrogen promotes the release of prolactin so keeping E low is key here. P5p works good to control prolactin but not sure if it's enough to reduce already high prolactin. Prami or caber are good choices to reduce already high levels. Prolactin has a very short half life so prevention is key.

The best bet is to have labs drawn and see what you levels are and address the issues. Reducing estrogen and prolactin is the correct route to go here but labs will give a full picture. It is always helpful to see where your body is at anyways.
