decent upper body imo, legs need work though you cant see them there
working out seriously about 3 years now. clean diet, high protein low carbs. 175 lbs, 31yo, 5'11"
just on low test for now (500mg), planning to implement hgh next week
yeah i got this knee injury, trying to be careful with legs. doing mostly steps and elliptical, quite a bit of stretching too just for circulation mostly. added hgh and tb500 to my injections. seeing some minor improvements, im on 2nd week though
