decent upper body imo, legs need work though you cant see them there
working out seriously about 3 years now. clean diet, high protein low carbs. 175 lbs, 31yo, 5'11"
just on low test for now (500mg), planning to implement hgh next week

Everyoner hates leg day! DONNT SKIP LEG DAY!!! It is very important to have a good foundation! Thin builds are good,they show more definition!

yeah i got this knee injury, trying to be careful with legs. doing mostly steps and elliptical, quite a bit of stretching too just for circulation mostly. added hgh and tb500 to my injections. seeing some minor improvements, im on 2nd week though
