Beware brothers and sisters. There is a nasty flu going around the US lately. I caught it myself. Slept for 3 days and could not eat. Nasty stuff. Just starting to feel better and get back in the game. Everyone please stay safe.

There so many people at my gym that are or have been sick

been kind of sick myself about a month ago. flu symptoms, but perhaps the mildest ever since I've been a child.
