hey guys, my hcg protocol is 250 IU twice a week. Couple of things im wondering. Should i up my dosage? What days and times should i pin? Right now i pin just same day as im pinning test and other stuff. Should it be on a different day and at what time of day? Also, should i take my AI everyday instead of eod?
