i need help with how to mix and administer hgh

can someone tell me step by step how to run Recombinant Human Somatropin (rdna). this is with regards to a 120 IU kit. all i know is Im supposed to get "bacteriostatic water" i guess and mix it. I am lost i tried finding some stuff on you tube and im confused lol. Im 6'6" 250 lbs any help is greatly appreciated i dont even know what kind of needles to use
