Recently pulled this book off the bookshelf. I almost forgot I had it. Just a brief skimming through it I forgot how valuable this book is. I think I will spend a few weeks getting reacquainted with it. If you have a chance get your hands on a copy. If you need to mix up your training or want to expand your understanding of bodybuilding I highly recommend this book.
