liver enzymes are high

My liver enzymes are high. . Started taking milk thistle yesterday any one else have same issue?

I don't use any orals but do have a high protein diet.. around 350-400 g /day

do you drink ?  Do you take any acetominphin or ibuprophin ?   Try N.A.C.

Personally use Life support & Liver Lock.... Ideal supplementation for liver support (Plus kidneys, prostate, bp) Liver lock utilises TUDCA which has been shown to be a very promising ingredient in protection of the liver.

Look into TUDCA and essentiale forte N.. those may be more helpful to you than milk thistle

I have had trouble with mine what are u taking besides aas when I take anti inflammitory meds mine runs a little high  I get my liver checked every three months. when on cycle it runs on high side of normal  have also found that pre workouts and creatine send my liver enzymes through the roof  for that reason I don't take them any more not worth it  do you drink or take prescrition pain pills could too many things at once
