mens hormonal cycles

while researching the benefits of fighting our natural fluctuations of testosterone, and trying in vain to keep a stable level. I came across these articles that I found interesting and would like to share with the community. When I started trt, all the forums stressed the importance of maintaining a steady, stable level of test in the body. As the years have passed, and after many, many sets of lab work I realized this is an almost futile attempt because no matter what dose of testosterone, or ai I use my body is constantly using it's natural mechanism to give me fluctuations in hormone levels through out the day, and month. I am now doing research on what my optimal fluctuations should be and how to maintain them. As that research is in a very early state I will hold off on posting findings and theories related to that but wanted to share these articles with you all. I hope you find them enjoyable, informative, and helpful.

+2 Jew. Interesting. Seems pretty obvious to me that hormones fluctuate and the effects of those fluctuations impact us. We are a slave to our hormones ultimately. The interesting thing is how, even through exogenous introduction and manipulation, we can still be at the whim of our hormones - even if they're not necessarily ours.
