Hey guys I'm Jody or Snakes whichever you prefer. I'm 41 years old 6'1" 185lbs. I'm new here but not new to gear or the gym. I was in great shape until I was in a wreck about year and a half ago that nearly killed me now I'm trying to get back started. Look forward to working with you guys
