I’ve been training again for about 3.5 years after roughly 7 years off due to health issues, life etc

Was 165lb when I started lifting again and am back to 240. Goal is to get back to the 260 I was in my early 20’s and around 8-10% body fat. Must admit it’s been a lot harder In my mid 30’s to get the size back on.

Last cycle was a bulk on Atlas gear running T400, Deca and mast. Got a good 20lb on and was stocked to get my hands on good gear in Australia as a lot is bunk over here.

I’ve joined up to learn more off the experienced guys on here. Thanks

Welcome 😄. Yeah you sound like a big guy. 165 to 240 is a massive gain.
