Looking great, jealous of those lats!


I'll trade you my abs for your lats!
However, as of yesterdsy for the first time, in these pics…you can see a 6 pack outline. I’ve worked so hard for them so it’s a big moment for me. I wanted to share with the guys who taught me what I know on this forum!

Don’t know about u guy’s but if I cut carbs for a couple days before the beach and carb up on beach day I blow up. My veins will pop and look great all day💪💪

Thank you idk why my body explodes where it does but nowhere I want will. I’d make that trade in a heartbeat for some sculpted abs bro
I'm the same way, my biceps and calves grow just by looking at the weight. But my lats and traps are extremely stubborn!
But you're looking great, keep it up, they will come!
Also instead of doing the classic crunch and other exercises where you bring your torso up, focus on bringing your legs up and focus on obliques! I swear you will see a difference.
If you really want to speed up the process you can do 2 things, either try and hold a vacuum while doing your abs, and for those bottom abs flex your pelvic floor muscle. Basically act like you're trying to cut a pee off mid stream.
Do either of these and in seconds you will realize how much harder it is, and the harder it is... the faster you get those results

Did you mention hanging leg raises? Those are my favorite.
