What is the most effective amount of protein per lb bodyweight to ensure optimim results from a cycle?

protein won't determine solid results. a solid diet and workout plan will however.
an effective amount is 1-2g/lb of body weight.

So for a 110lb person, 110-220g should be plenty. This amount should mostly come
from food and for a smaller amount like this, its not too hard to get it all from food.
Gets a little harder for the big boys needing 500+grams a day.

get iso pure zero carb protein powder.  210 cals 0 carbs 50 grams protein per serving.  drink 4 of them per day and yuo hit 200gr protein.  thats what i do
