Found it on one forum ,decided to cook and u know, it was great.

1) BASIC PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup raw oats
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup egg whites

DIRECTIONS
Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms. Pour over a hot griddle.
Flip when the edges start browning.
Serve with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and top with almonds.\

Total Fat 3 g
Total Carbs 23 g
Protein 35 g

P.S. You can add Pancake Syrup

2)TWO-INGREDIENT PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 small ripe banana

DIRECTIONS
Mash the banana and crack the eggs in it, stirring until the mixture becomes somewhat homogenized.
Heat a greased griddle or frying pan on medium heat and pour about a 2.5-inch wide puddle of batter.
Delicately flip the pancake after about 25 seconds or when it browns. The recipe makes 3-4 small pancakes.

No way on the syrup but I will go with the PB and a small amount of raw honey.

I've been wanting to make these for a while now. Need to get off my ass and do it. I wonder if you could add PB2 to it?

I did a recipe something like this.  I read about it. But it was 6 eggs and 1/2 cup of oats and cut strawberries . And stir and whisk mixture up.  Pour some of the mixture on a hot griddle flip it when it sturdy enough to flip. Topped with honey or brown rice syrup. I went with honey. Lol. They were great, the flavor, texture. Plus its very quick.

Daymn! Im making these tomorrow! I compeley forgot about protien pancakes. I used to be lazy and buy the ones already made up so you just put in the pan and away you go. But they were ridiculously expensive. This looks way better and will be much more cost effective!
