Very interesting read.  I feel like the non stop adrenaline dumps throughout a 13 month deployment to the sand box had something to do with my depleted test levels.   Either that or the 10 year bender I went on trying to forget it all .

We struggle with very special issues. Understanding those issues will allow us to understand ourselves. The goal isn't to change the situation. The goal is to understand the situation so we know what to do about it. We are adapters and overcomers and nothing they say about us will change that.
