quick and dirty shoulder day

Had to bust ass this afternoon, but wasn't going to miss shoulder day. Had a little over an hour to do shoulders plus cardio, so here's what i did.

Superset arnold press with standing military press: 4 sets of 10-12 each

Superset barbell press behind the neck, dumbbell lateral raise, incline rear delts, 45 plate front raise for three sets, one minute break between sets.

Seated bent over dumbbell rows with drop set dumbbell shrugs for four sets with three 5lb drops. Total of four super-drops.

Superset lateral raise machine with rear delt machine four sets total, one minute rest between sets.

Cardio for remaining time.
