I would go for Clomid and Nolvadex combined. In the end, PCT dosage is highly depending on steroids you’ve had, but on how your body responds to PCT either.
You could try Clomid 50 mg a day for one week with Nolvadex 20 mg a day. Second week Clomid 25 mg a day with Nolvadex 10 mg a day, same dosages third week. Fourth week Clomid 12.5 mg with Nolva 10 mg or Clomid 25 mg alone or Nolva 10 mg alone.
If you feel something is wrong the first week, try reducing the dosage without waiting for second week.
I’m in huge doubt you’re going to need anything more from the steroid cycle you’ve mentioned up there. In fact, the PCT I mentioned might be even too much.
