Bloodwork will guide much of your decision making. You can also use small doses of Primo and/or Masteron for counter E2. Anastrozole and Arimidex are poison, should only be used in emergency.

I prefer to use mast instead of adex. But finding the right dosage takes time... And you still need blood work no matter how you do it.
