Love gym on days off.
5 sets wide grip lat pulldowns.
5sets close grip lat pulldowns.
5sets wide grip rows.
5sets narrow grip rows.
16 sets of various style curls.
2 sets underhand grip pullups to failure.
I would do this routinely if I could figure out how not to have to work. Please send all donations to Big Belly 😉😉😉

Garage sale season is coming, it helped me a ton with building my home gym. But my $15 cable system is probably my most used piece of equipment.
You can get one of these and a pullup bar for pretty cheap. Then just need some plates (garage sale or friends and family basements really helped me)
