Flat bench 300lbs 5 sets 6-10 reps

Incline bench 245lb 5 sets 6-10 reps

Dumbell flies 50lbs 5 sets 10 reps

Dips till failure for 4-5 sets

And as a finisher I hit low weight cables flies of varying angles for several sets for a really good pump after this my chest is pretty well exhausted

I'm sure you two behemoths are putting up higher numbers. I haven't maxed out in a while, usually when I do it tweaks my shoulder. I've got osteopenia which is just early stage osteoporosis in my shoulder in the AC joint

If you can hit 300 for 10 reps you're at least 360-380 max. That's a lot of weight. That's around what I could rep 300 when I broke the 400 barrier. When I got 385 twice fairly easily that's when I tried it. I doubt very seriously if I could do that now, I know I am not going to try.

I’m working on my triceps. My long head is the weak link.
I really like close grip bench press for triceps. You can really load the weight and get good activation. I will set the bench up so the bar doesn't go all the way to my chest and just work the upper 3/4 of the rep, I feel like this helps me keep my chest out if it as much as possible.

That technique actually helps keep a lot of the torque off of the wrists as well. 👍
