Test/Deca stack...dosage

I am soon to have a test-e, and deca stack in hand.
I am getting both in 400 mg, 10ml bottles.
What would be a good suggested dosage qnd frequency for the cycle?

I had run 2 cycles of a test-tren stack.
I didn't know what I was doing then and just took dosage advice from my source who told me 250ml of each twice a week.
I got big quick qnd had no side effects
I'm not trying to bulk much...I am trying to get more energy qnd recover from tendinitis and arthritis.
I would love to get more lean mass, but that's secondary.

hold on. so you had 2 cycles with tren + test and no PCT/cruise? were you feeling fine after the cycle?

I was.
I just ran out, and didnt re-up.
I continued to work out, eat well, and was taking a test booster.
It was years ago.

Somewhat...I got smaller, but as long as I continue to be active I still see it.
I'm just curious how to combine gear that has a different half life, and how to adjust dosage.
Last time, I was taking test-e at 250 mg per 10 mls and now it will be test-e at 400 mg per 10 mls.
And I am stacking with deca instead of tren.

Depends on the dosage you want to run. But I have to warn you that Test E 400mg/ml is likely to be slightly more painful than Test E 250 mg/ml because of the higher dosage concentration.
If you were running 500 mg/week last time with 250 mg/ml you had to inject 2 ml a week.
With 400 mg/week, you'll need to inject 1.25 ml. It means 0.625 ml per shot (for example, Monday and Thursday)
with Deca - entire weekly dosage once a week is enough. for example, if you run 300 mg/week, you can use 300 mg/shot only on Monday, or on Wednesday or whatever other day.

Being as I am just starting this cycle, should I load up on PCT, and start taking blocker and cialis?
I'm being told to get clomid and cialis with my initial order.

If your natural T levels (while not on gear) are fine, then yeah, you're going to need a PCT. Clomid to get your natural T levels recovered. Cialis if you're suffering from ED. You also need aromatase inhibitors. If you run AIs during the cycle and you still have erection issues, then its prolactin from Deca.

Prolactin? Isn't that what women have after childbirth to initiate lactation?
Deca causes that?
What is ALS?

yes and yes. Deca increases levels of prolactin. But it's a popular hormone in women, but it's actually present in men too. prolactin levels spike when a man ejaculates. In short - the higher prolactin, the lower sex drive. Including other things.

I have ordered a 400mg per 10ml test-e.
And 500mg per 10 ml deca.
So my dose on Monday should be .625 of 1 ml Test, with how much deca??
And then the same dose of test again on Thursday.
.625 ml test-e will give me 200 mg?
