TEST SUS DECA DROSTANOLONE

I would say that for now you only need Sustanon 250. Use about 0.66 ml (165 mg) 3 times weekly = about 500 mg weekly. That's on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Test Propionate should be injected daily so not really good for you I guess. Keep it for later cycles when you'll have experience.
Keep Deca for your second or better third cycle for bulking
Keep Drastonolone for further cycles for cutting

Other than that - prepare Clomid and Nolvadex for PCT. Have arimidex/aromasin handy in case you would get high estrogen.

Good luck
I'm new posting here. I'm 60 years old and have been bodybuilding since I was 12 and juicing since 1980. I've been on "HRT" about 22 years. My HRT right now under my doctors supervision is 250 Eq, 250 enthanate, 100 primo.every 5 days and then 50 Proviron everyday because I'm an old F.

I'm no expert. More like an OG. (Original GuineaPig) that's made a lot of mistakes over the past few decades. I've joined here to share what I've experienced to help others. With that being said I'd like to add to your spot-on post. You gave very good advice.

Just one thing..Please do not mix Nolvadex with Deca. They compete at the estrogen receptor site. I learned the hard way using Deca 250 & Sustanon 250, every five days for about 3 years straight. My estrogen shot as high as 6200. That's not a typo. I looked great but felt like shyt. It took many months for my doctors and I to correct estrogen levels using trial and error, and weekly blood tests.

Arimidex 3x a week got my estrogen under control on that stack. Btw. Dont use finastride or dudtrastride with Deca. That is if you want to keep your hair.

I'd take the Masteron and Prop out. You won't need those on that stack so save those for another day as was wisely suggested previously. 100 a week of Primo would make a much better addition. I've run that stack for years on end with great results.

Cheers!

Nolvadex was for PCT and Deca for the cycle. But even if used during cycle - they both work on same receptors, but Nolva reduces the estrogens.

don't really see the logic behind this. could you elaborate? I don't recommend finasteride due to other reasons. But Finasteride is known to help keep your hair and Deca is one of the best steroids to avoid hair loss. What happens by using them together??

you get prescribed 250 mg Test, 250 mg EQ, 100 mg primo weekly and 50 mg Primo daily?

I'm happy to help. First off I'm not a doctor. I can only relay my personal experiences. I was on Sustanon & Deca for years. It's my favorite stack. Then all of a sudden my estrogen started to sky rocket. I took letrozol & nolvadex on my own, which took my estrogen to the moon.

I finally caved and saw my hormone doctor. She indicated not to take nolvadex with deca still in my system, and it stays in one's system for about a year.

Apparently the Nolvadex was allowing the Sustanon to convert to estrogen unbridled whereas Arimidex brought me back to normal.

Again, when taking Deca if you take Finasteride your hair will shed like there's no tomorrow. Deca and Nolvadex, or Deca with Finasteride don't mix. Google it. :)

Finally,. My doctor prescribes anything I want that's available in the US. Cyp, Enanthate etc. Equipoise, Primo and Proviron I get on my own. That Proviron is a silver bullet for someone my age that's been tinkering with hormones for decades. If you guys are still juicing at my age I highly recommend Proviron.

When I get time I'll post a list of things to be aware of and lessons I learned the hard way. Hopefully I can help others from making the same mistakes. Things like I started taking hGH back in the early 1990's. Back then I had to fly to Cancun to get it. Dr. Chin was the only doctor that has a rejuvenation clinic back then. I wasn't taking large doses. More of an anti-aging .325 cc 3x a day. Long story short, after a few months my doctor back home asked "WTF are you doing? It's making you a diabetic!". Still to this day I have pre-diabetes caused by hGH. Although it's manageable with Metformin, however, be aware it can happen.

Another stupid lesson I learned. I took T3 about once a year, over 2 decades. Stair stepping the dosage over about a month or two. Never had a problem. Then I read from someone that seemed very knowledgeable that one can run T3 as long as they want with no repercussions. I had my 40th high school reunion coming up so I ran it a full year. Well,..I'm here to tell you that's not true. It cratered my T4, jacked up my thyroid and I'll be on NP Thyroid what looks like for the rest of my life.

There's a couple of things everyone must understand. 1.).There are no experts in this field. Everyone is still learning. I'm under the supervision of four doctors. An hemotolgist, nephrologist, hormone specialist and family doctor. I've been to two different endocrinologists. None of them really know very much about steroids besides the hormone doctor.

2.) There is no one size fits all. What works for one, may not work for another. You gotta find what's right for you.

With that being said I highly recommend getting blood tests regularly. I get them every month. Deca and Equipoise cause polycythemia (Thickening of the blood). I have to give a liter of blood about every 3 months. Not doing that could cause heart problems or stroke.

Cheers!

Thanks a lot for all your insight! This is a great informative post for everyone!

100% true. you can be an expert, but you would still be learning. There's so much about it that I believe is near to impossible to know it all!

one of my favorite phrases to tell beginners. they often follow someone else's plans and that's a huge mistake
With that being said I highly recommend getting blood tests regularly.
absolutely right! thanks again for all your insight! that's really appreciated!
