sure. since i hit the gym first thing in the morning (due to work schedule) i wake up and drink whey protein shake. come to work eat 5 hard bolied eggs, 1.5 cups uncooked oatmeal, bannana, then i snack on 1 cup cottage cheese fat free, then i eat 6 OZ fresh deli meat sandwhich with large lead spinich. then i eat 4 tbs peanut butter. then another protein shake. then i go home and eat 6-8OZ of meat (pork chops or chicken usually) then i max on 4 oz of greek yogurt before sleep. also i eat fruit all through out the day....and drink lots of water. and i cant lie i drink like 2 brisks a day cuz theyre so F'in good.
Diet has to be there for sure. Eating clean and until you feel like it's about to come back up, repeat 5-7 times a day is a start on 5000 calories

But bc you are asking questions about a long ester test after only using it for a few weeks that makes me think you dont know much about the compounds. Same here. When I first started lifting at 150 lbs 5 years ago I started adding up my calories and it was no wonder I was 150 lbs. Started eating EVERYTHING that wasn't locked up. It was hard and painful but it was working. Now I have to clean it up to keep the look I want but I can get away with a lot
As far as pct I'm going to do a clomid or nolva typical 4 week pct.
