Thoughts on my Dosing question

I was originally doing 5iu 5x a week 2 days off. I was watching a video where he talked about a well known lifter with lots of knowledge about growth doing 10iu mon/wed/fri I noticed some slight side effects but they didn’t last. Does anyone have experience running growth this way? The explanation behind it made sense.

You're not getting stable levels of HGH. While it's not as important to keep stable levels of HGH as it's important to keep Test levels stable - I would still recommend at least 5x a week. Or even daily.
with 10 IU 3x a week, your insulin fluctuations which is no bueno
