does anyone know if when you partially tear your bicep and basically you only have half the bicep you had before you fukkd it off- does anyone know what courses of treatment are?
I know I'm probably looking at surgery to attach the tendon back to the elbow or whatever the hell happened exactly I've an appointment with sports medicine but I know u guys know bout this shit so please tell me what all can I do? I been doing light weight when I do my biceps just to maintain what's there but I would really love to do whatever I gotta do to fix this.

yes there is surgery and the quicker the better with the surgery. it wont look even again but it can have a nice cosmetic appearence. thats why you warm up the muscle and keep you baggie hoodie on to keep the muscles warm. good luck i think it will be ok brother.

and that's why warming up is so important.
So you got a torn bicep? how long ago? did you address to the doctor?

yeah, it's been maybe couple months now but there was some problems with the tendons just before the actual tear happened - not even sure exactly what started it I can't pinpoint it but it was more of a progressive thing and yeah I been to doctor at first they said it was tennis elbow that I was having some tendonitis and I just started putting to much stress on it. It's like said a partial tear as I still have half bicep there lol, so I put more emphasis in the triceps now as they are 2/3 of the arm. But it's really a hard blow as I finally found something I like to do which is chipping away at this old battered physique and this shit happens. Yeah....Warming up is important. I do believe it can be fixed I know it'll never b the same but I do want to do whatever I have to do to make it happen. I've really come along ways and want to keep going, I have functionality of the arm it just doesn't match the left bicep now.

if it happened a couple of months ago i'm not sure if the surgery is still an option. does it get any better? there are compounds that can help you speed up recovery such as deca and hgh

oh is that right? deca and hgh....any hgh in particular or does it not matter?
wouldn't have guessed deca but I'll see what sports medicine says and then go from there.

high quality HGH. because there is a lower quality (192AA).
As long as its quality HGH (191AA), it doesn't matter which brand you go for.

look. I don't know where I should go to get it or what kind I know I want 191 or lower and I know u guys can't really steer me in direction but I usually use irondad or your muscles**
if there is a better site and I could narrow it down a lil better then it'd really help.

Tendons take YEARS to heal even with proper supplementation.....I've delt with tendonosis(chronic tendonitis) in my elbows for years. I've kept training the whole time and just found ways to modify as to not aggravate the tendons. For myself I found that doing my pulling exercises with a supinated or semi-supinated grip takes stress off the lateral side of the elbow(which is where tennis elbow comes from). A pronated pulling movement....like bent rows or reverse grip curls hurts like a bitch and the next day I can hardly drink water. After a few months of all supination I could start pronating again. Just some advise to help you when you rehab of the tendon.

I'm okay doggy just take it easy when I do my biceps exercises at gym, long as I can just maintain then I'll do that until I see the specialist. And I hope I'm not gonna need surgery, but I'll do whatever I have to to get it back to way it was. I have full function of my arm n bicep but just cuz I do I'm gonna b alot more mindful of warming up the muscles and not just going to heavier weights without warming up.
where do u get the elbow wraps?
and I termed the 'cycle' loosely.
but I have saved money buying the blends when I do get em.
Is there a better way?
I'm gonna cool it for a minute as I'm done with the blast- but I am reading bout the hgh w Deca and I wanna wait n see what doc says . I gonna just keep training hard and watch diet for the time being.
What would u say is a good dumbbell exercise for the traps?
I been doing the shrugs and those have really helped but I'm getting used to those.
I spent so many years destroying my health and eating badly I wanna b in shape and eat good because I love the payout when u take care of yourself.
I look with respect at all u guys that have been doin this shit for long time and r gunnd in. I see lotta these guys and say to myself ' I want that for myself ' this isn't just a health kick for me I really do like this life alot more then where I used to b.

Good luck with your recovery! It's a nasty thing, but it'll heal eventually. From what you write, you're on the right track. Did you consider BPC-157? I know a guy who lives on it with a completely destroyed knee and there are studies on it helping with muscle tissue healing too.

never heard a bpc157.
??
Hey, is there a supplement that can help with the protecting your cartilage n tendons n all that I been putting alotta stress on my right shoulder when I do the shoulder presses n I do warm up so I'm wondering if there's something I can get to help pretect all the ligaments n cartilage and tendons - I really only notice it in my right shoulder and it's been couple days since I even been to the gym and its still a little stiff and uncomfortable like when I sleep. I'll look up that 157 bpc n see what your talking about. Fukk, the stronger I get the more I notice I'm 44 it seems.

So much bad information on here.
Don’t go throwing steroids at it. Spend the money on surgery and look into peptides for recovery. Find a real sports medicine physician and they will have the knowledge of what to do.
