Trestolone (aka Trest or Ment)

Has anybody ever used this compound? I found this very interesting as it is currently the only steroid suitable for replacing testosterone. In other words, it carries all the physiological and psychological effects of testosterone in that it increases libido and helps improve one's mood on cycle. In fact, some studies have shown that you body may actually prefer trestolone to testosterone. Thus, you do not need testosterone if you use Ment in your cycle. Currently, there are injectable (Trestolone Acetate), transdermal (Trestoderm), and oral versions (Trestobol).

Another interesting note is that it does not bind to SHBG so that much lower doses can be used. So it in essence when you use Ment, it becomes similar to free testosterone or in this case "free trestolone"...lol. Also, it does not convert to DHT, but it does carry possible side effects common in the 19-nor family (except for sexual disfunction) so anti estrogens or anti prolactins may be necessary. It has also been studied as a male contraceptive (as in birth control for men) as even small does have been found to inhibit spermatogenesis (the creation of sperm). But infertility is only temporary and returns to normal after discontinuation of Trest. So for those on TRT and do not want anymore kids, this may be a viable alternative!

Not necessarily. There have been many that ended up on trt due to ment. It can and likely will cause chemical casteration depending on dosage and length of use.
