Trt and levels.

I recently had my levels checked at a T clinic.
First appointment was cheap, follow up are expensive- I don't have insurance.

I ran a 15 week cycle of test/deca. Didn't pct as I should have and killed my test production.

I have begun self admin pct, using a blend of test -e and p.
I wonder if there is a way to monitor levels at home...rather than go to a clinic and pay out of pocket.

the only way to monitor testosterone levels at home without actual bloodwork is to listen to your body and symptoms, of course... but needless to say that's not very reliable and 100% certain way to tell

Absolutely agree.
Thing is, my symptoms weren't indictive of the low levels from my blood test.
With levels as low as I had I should have had moderate to sever symptoms, but mine were more mild.
