What do you mean by "intermediate"? What is your goal? what is your test dosage? what previous cycles of steroids have you had?
Deca (injectable steroid) doesn't need to be injected daily. You can only inject it once a week, or twice a week. More frequent injections (such as daily or EOD) can be done, but it's pointless. The weekly dosage depends on a number of factors.

Gonna have to provide a bit more info before ppl will start throwing out dosages. Things such as past cycle experience, your goal for this cycle, your stats, how much test you are planning on running. All these things matter when figuring out dosages.

200-300 mg/week can work really well too
but this guy's asking for daily Deca dosage. there's no point in using it daily

2 to 1 ratio. Example: 400mg test 200mg deca. Every 3.5 days seems to be the general pinning frequency. Watch for high blood pressure, gyno and high red blood cell count.
