Vastus Medialis = (PIP)^2

In a moment of brilliance I decided to inject into the Vastus Medialis (the inside quad muscle) about 4" above the knee. The injection wasn't so bad  (I use 1.5" 22G) but the PIP literally had me limping around on days 2 and 3. Some lessons must be learned through pain, I guess.

1.5" 22g is a harpoon! I stay away from the inner quad for fear of hitting the femoral artery.

funny story I let my wife hit my ass cheek last week I was being lazy just my trt. Dose nothing fancy usually hit the pecs figured they need a rest she had not done it in a while and she asked me where do I do it and I replied like you always do she said ok and jabbed it in damn near center of my ass cheek I thought she stuck it in the hole pain was unbearable and she stopped and said what do I do as I was butt naked face down on the bathroom counter screaming I was like push that shot in fast and get it out. She did and it squirted across the room and gave me a huge hematoma. Right next to seriously my butt hole ........ needless to say  I think I will be handling this from now on so brother I feel your pain

Parts of that sound like the script for a porn flick: "funny story I let my wife hit my ass... last week... she had not done it in a while and she asked me where do I do it and I replied like you always do she said ok and jabbed it in damn near center of my ass... she stuck it in the hole... pain was unbearable and she stopped and said what do I do as I was butt naked face down on the bathroom counter screaming... I was like push that... in fast and get it out. She did and it squirted across the room and gave me a huge... butt hole ........ needless to say  I think I will be handling this from now on so brother I feel your pain"

Inner quad can be pinned, but a mistake could be deadly. Stick to glutes, outter quad, and delts. Safety is always priority #1 brotha...
