I have I found that for me the band Sabaton is the ultimate motivator in particular the album called the last stand it’s about yoest it last stands from Sparta to blood of Bannockburn if the tales of valor and Sacrifice in these songs don’t motivate you to get more reps to train harder to concentrate more you may not have a Heartbeat

I hate to say the music wasn't for me BUT I love being introduced to new stuff and I gave it shot! thanks again dude.

I need something closer to 70's style Rock/Funk  or more modern something closer to Texas Hippie Coalition. BUT I truly appreciate the share!

I cannot get enough of these guys (and gal). Their music, which is classified as Death Metal, has some badass thrash elements. Anti-Tank (dead armor) is one hell of a tune!

+2 Blast thanks!

More my style, love the instrumental but singer wasn't my type per se.

Anyone else got any great obscure music advice?

Rob Baily & the hustle standard, Disturbed, Otep, Tech9ine (if you like rap), XVII if you like electronic. Rage

I could go on and on

Prefer thrash metal bands most of the time. Lately been listening to Overkill, especially their 2010 LP

Orange Goblin, The Sword (U.S.)  (old stuff), and Pentagram (could've been "black sabbath", but the lead singer had some serious issues, worse than Ozzy))
