    Tennis Elbow?

    the joint in my right elbow is hurting and wont go away. was wondering the best solution for it. its not terrible but I dont want it to get any worse.

    There is a velcro band(Zofore) you can buy on Amazon that goes around your forearm. I use it when I take winny & my joints flare up! When I get super lean I use it on both forearms! Thank god I'm in a bulking phase & it's non existant now. I feel your pain...
    Keep your wrists straight when preforming pushdowns... Bending your wrist back towards your body on that movement has a tendency to flare up the elbow. When I started keeping my wrists straight it helped my elbow problems!

        yeah that shit hurts bro, it messes up my workouts if its bicep day!!! Id love to find something that helps!!! Deca helps me a little bit,,,

          yeah its gotten allot better. im on deca now but it still flared up a little. i heard tb500 may help but rest is better for it. mines all better now. yea it messed up arm day for a couple of weeks
