what the diff in BCAA's 2:1:1 1250mg of bcaa and the 2500mg of bcaa  in the refuel? Is injecting them better than drinking them?

The bcaa 2:1:1 1250mg is by its self and it's a lower doses that's all and the bcaa 2500mg in refuel is high doses and injecting them is a lot better than drinking cause when you drink them the nutrients passes through the liver and gets wasted when you inject it it goes straight in the blood stream and muscles

Whats a good daily dose?  

Communication was great. Answered my q's within minutes. Tracking was provided.

There are minor pip. Im slowly dropping bf and veins are coming out. Lastly, my agression is off the chain and I need to calm  my self sometimes.

To be honest it's whatever you can handle I had someone tell me he takes 3cc before every workout to me I take 1cc of refuel before workout and 1cc of bcaa after workout!

Hey man I am sorry about the inconvenience I been super busy getting the website up and havnt had time to get on (personal reason) but that's about to change about to check my FR Also I'm not verified yet so I don't get emails when yall write stuff yet

Me personally would be recovery and energy levels are great also my cardiovascular has improved a lot!!

And the vascularity and pumps are amazing will say the refuel has alittle pip to it for me nothing bad and was worked out by the end of the next day but had some customers say they didn't get any! They probably not a wimp like me haha
