Very good ECA stack with added ingredients such as Synephrine and L-Tyrosine. These are all proven to be thermogenic and assists fat loss. From the start of use I have continued to drop BF levels with no side effects. I am presently on two tabs twice per day, this summarizes my use to 1000 mg twice per day.
