What's up everybody

I've been absent for a bit due to how busy work is which I can't complain but it puts my diet and training to crap lol.

I've been using APL for a few monotes and very happy. I put much whole crew on APL'S gear and my guys work like animals. I had a question.. I have the TNE and damn is it powerfull. 1st time adding it to a cycle but the crystals, do I have to dislove them by blowdryer or can I just shake the bottle up? I feel like a newbie but over 20 yrs lifting I never ventured towards the no esters.
