Well I tried clenox for about 1,5 months and it totally met my expectations.
Initially, one has to start with low dosages (20-30mcg) and every other day, or every third day add like +20mcg to your dosage. The aim is to reach 120-130mcg daily
In general CLENOX (clenbuterol) has lots of positive sides- it is such an awesome fat burner, has pretty mild anabolic effects, does everything it can in order to prevent your muscles from catabolism, and last but not least it improves your lung capacity somehow.
The downsides are pretty straightforward - possible insomnia, higher blood pressure, and need of having an occasional break (every 3 or 4 weeks)
