The seller obviously has no idea how to send safely so that it arrives. I have been waiting for my parcel for 6 weeks. it probably got stuck in customs. This would have been avoidable if appropriate measures had been taken. When I asked about a refund, the only answer I received was that there will be neither a refund nor a new shipment. If you don't want to lose your money, you should definitely not shop here.
